Please note that due to the unexchangeable nature of our digital products (eBooks) we are unable to offer refunds on them. However, please contact us at info@womenempowermentcorner.com if you have any issues with your order.

Please ensure that you are entering the correct email address so that you receive your purchase right away. All orders purchased can be found in the email you provided at check out.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order or change your mind, you can return it for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and ship your item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders shipped back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping must be paid by the customer. Please ship your order back to us with tracking. This is important as we may not be able to differentiate returns between each customer without tracking. Once we receive your return, we will issue your refund to your original payment method right away. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to clear.

 

In the event your order is returned to us by the postal service either due to recipient refusal, failure to collect from the post office or unpaid customs charges, your order will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

 

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

 

Package is destroyed by customs due to unpaid customs charge

 

Tracking shows delivered

 

 Discounts/coupon codes

Discount codes are only valid during the promotion period time. Orders placed before or after the promotion are ineligible to redeem any discount codes that were not active at the time of order or have expired.
