I ordered a digital product. When and how will I receive it?

All digital products are automatically delivered to the email address provided at check out. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the system to deliver your order.

*Please note: If you don't see your order in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find your order, your email may be incorrect, please contact us with your order number/name, through email: info@womenempowermentcorner.com or send us a DM on Instagram @womenempowermentcorner. Once we confirm your order, we will update your email and resend your downloads.

Can I cancel my order?

 

Please note, we are unable to cancel orders containing digital eBooks. For orders containing Her Book Of Inspiration or other physical products, we can only cancel your order provided it has not been shipped yet.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

All orders will be shipped with 2-5 working days.

 

UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Estimated shipping time 2-3 working days.

 

US and International orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Tracked or International Signed. Please note, US and International orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

 

Tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything?

 

If tracking is showing delivered but you haven’t received anything, we recommend checking with other members of your household if a parcel was received while you were out. Also, please check with your neighbours in case your parcel was left with them. We also recommend checking where it was delivered with your postman/woman. You can also check with your post office or contact the shipping carrier. Most shipping carriers will be able to check the gps location of where your parcel was delivered.
